June 10, 200718 yr lots of images from very high and with poor resolution. Are these useful or necessary? Lower in the folder, I get the low level, high-res. images. The only ones I use really, since I don't fly at 45.000 ft.
June 10, 200718 yr Guess what you see at the horizon. That's your low resolution stuff right there. The rule is: double the distance get half the resolution (or quarter the amount of pixels). And that rule applies in space. Not only in altitude, but also in distance (towards the horizon)
June 10, 200718 yr the high-res images already flown over to texture distant areas rather than these low-res images?
