FS 2002 compatibility

Hi folks,quite stunning: Tileproxy also works with Flight Simulator 2002, however I am probably not going to release the installer support for this feature to the public."Why not?" .. you might askBecause everytime Tileproxy loads a tile, the rendering of FS 2002 stops momentarily.
