black tiles, no tiles cached, multiple locations flown

Using FP Beta 7, and the ini file provided on AVSIM, my first flight using FileProxy was from Dillingham in Hawaii - worked like a charm. Had FSX scenery included. Except no tiles cached, although I had cache turned on in the ini. Have used both G and Y services.Moved location to Hana Maui - the airport was the only piece that wasn't dark - it even had buildings - no other scenery at all - water was Ok, and far away islands were OK, but not Maui - could see the outlines of the mountains though. No files cached.Moved to the Grand Canyon - same result as Hana. No files cached.Moved to Columbia Missouri - same result as Hana and GC. No files cached.
