Using TP's Manage Service Caches?

I am trying to use Manage Service Cache program in TP. I have 1.1 GB of tiles in 61277 individual jpg's in Service 3. I have clicked on the areas that show, and have moved the resolution level, the size and number of tiles change, and the areas get smaller, etc.I click on an area, zoom in is activated. I click it and either nothing happens, or I get a blue screen.Obviously, I am missing something here. Please clue the clueless person in?Thanks,Gary P.
