can fs sky be a problem

Hello To the folk who cannot get tile proxy to work ,i had no problemswith tile proxy untill i reinstalled fsx sky,then found the tiles would not load and the tile proxy was gone from the add-ons tool barin fsx.I then uninstalled fsx sky and all was well,when this problem accured i was not using or trying to use fsx sky.I have no problems with fsx sky i think it is a wonderful program,But i would suggest that anyone who is having trouble with tile proxyand has fsx sky ,try uninstalling itDON
