Hello!I have an old (0608 cycle) PMDG TP set which contains approaches for my home airport VABB. Now, these days I am flying the iFly 747 for which the download from www.planepath.com do not contain any approach data for VABB.Is there any way I can easily convert from PMDG sidstar -> iFLY sid/star/app files? I know the documentation is out there, but in case there is an utility to help, I would really appreciate it.Thanks,Arvind.

Hi Arvind,I happen to still have the worldwide 0610 DAFIF data for iFly and it had 3 Indian airports which included VABB. Download this file http:\\PlanePath.com\India_0610.zip and you'll have all three, VABB, VIDP and VECC. Keep in mind they are from 0610 but they don't seem to have changed since then that I could tell.RegardsTerry

Thank you, Terry!Can I just ask one more on this thread: I was comparing the latest TP packages on planepath.com (to figure out the conversion process) and I just noticed that there are no procedures for EHAM in the PMDG (0813) package, while the iFly one (0812) seems to have the ILS ones. I understand you were planning to plug the holes in NFD using 0710 ILS data, but that would still not explain why the PMDG package is missing this (and perhaps many other ones.) Is there a logical reason for it?Thank you again,Arvind.

Hi Arvind,The EHAM data is not a carry over from the old DAFIF. I hand coded it from new data and I've verified that EHAM is in my main database that all the aircraft procedures are derived from. I wrote a conversion program for each aircraft I supply procedures for. At this point I don't know why my PMDG program skipped over EHAM but I will find out why and fix it. I'll put an updated copy of the PMDG procedures on my site once I get the PMDG program fixed.Thanks for bring this to my attention.RegardsTerry
