Is this OK for decent FPS (20-25) in FSX? I hope this will satisfy my needs for the next 2-3 yrs, after which i'll upgrade the CPU-MoBo Combo only!Regds,Rutvij.

In 2 years, you won't be able to upgrade the CPU/Mobo only. You'll need new ram too. At this point, ya might as well go with an i7 rig. It's a quad and if you overclock a $300 i7/920, it might even beat the performance of a Q6600 at 3.6 (but not by much). At least then you'll stand a chance of upgradeability in the next couple of years.
