I didnt know if any has downloaded Flight Simulator X Service Pack 2. I just did tonight. It fixed the ATC over headset. I have looked all over the internet and found the same thing just couldnt be done over vista. You do have to have two sound cards. If you have it all you need to do is goto sound setting in FSX and a sign voice for your 2nd sound card and. I hope this helps. I didnt know that pack 2 was out tell I check MSFSX web site....
