MD-11 2D panel and 2 screens

hi Captains,I start FS9 MD-11 in 2D window mode with 2 24" monitors. Left site is cockpit only, right the panels.Load manager is set to "wide screen" and monitor resolution is 1920x1200.Only MD-11 does not startup the cockpit with usable and stored left window position.Right screen is fine at every load. (Also no problem with 737 and 744.)When unlocking the windows (include dummy window), there is a 50% chance it expands, otherwise a reload helps.after unlocking 3 windows or reload:Any ideas to get the expanded cockpit view loaded at the first start ?Second question concerns the dark cockpit windows at night time from outsite view with all liveries.Cabin and cargo is shining. Cockpit windows remain dark.Also here, any ideas ?Thanks so much for your replies.Best regards from EDDFMichael
