Hi: Im having 9 to 10 frame rates 99% of the time. Im shure the cause is my computer thats not one of the most advanced. Which is the mayor element I should calibrate to try and have more frame rates.Thanks in advance,Jos

Well, as you said in your post, you probably need to upgrade your computer. Keep in mind that FS in mostly CPU-bound, so a CPU upgrade is your best bet. But it won't do much if your graphics card and RAM can't handle all the data your CPU puts through them, it all depends on your current system.I would suggest you pay a visit to the hardware forum and ask your questions there. Don't forget to post your current system specs!
