Best Weather Add-on?

Wondering what the concesus is on the best weather add-on. I am mostly interested in something that can produce realistic real-world weather without the jolts that the default system gives you as you pass to a new weather area or update to new conditions.My biggest fear is that any weather, sky, or flight environment add-on will be a big performance hog.
