Flying Runway for FS2004

HelloI am trying to find an addon that puts a flying runway into fs2004. I thought i'd seen it in the download libraries here in the past, but I can't find it . I've done some googling and searched other major sites but haven't had much luck. I found a video of it

. If you know where I can find this, I'd appreciate it if you can let me know. Thanks. :(
