Hi All,I know the msxml4 issue is a pain to resolve. I am running Windows XP SP3. I unstalled all versions of msxml. I then downloaded msxml4-KB954430-enu.exe from http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details...;displaylang=en Once installed, my issue was resolved! :(

Pretty sure "Inactive Member" from 2009 will not see this!
