support emails gone unreplied

Hi PMDG, sorry this is on the forum, I'm not complaining, just trying to get in touch. I've sent a couple of requests for a reminder of my key for my FS9 version of the 744. I've used both email addresses on the website, but had no response. are these addresses being monitored? if you could check your system and reply to my email, I would be most greatful. many thanks.Ian Kelly

If your email got through then you should reveive an automated email within a few minutes after you sent your email. If you didn't check to make sure the email adress is right. Hope I helped,James
