Hi there,Can anyone explain me how I've to interprete these data of my weather briefing in ASA : Winds aloft by waypoint:Waypoint 6K 9K 12K 18K 24K30K 34K 39K 44K 49KEBOS297at14(2) 325at18(1) 329at27(-9) 331at29(-21) 341at35(-33)340at50(-48) 335at56(-58) 334at58(-65) 336at41(-61) 337at26(-60)I already figured out that 297at14(2) means : wind direction - wind velocity - temperatureBut what do 6K, 9K, 18K, etc mean???I didn't find lot of information about this on the internet...Thx in advance !!

Hi,Thanks for posting.What those values represent are the altitude levels of the particular wind data.K means thousand so we are reporting the winds data at:6,000 ft9,000 ft12,000 ftand so on.Thanks!
