Hello everyone! Love this site. This is a first time post for me.I am trying to use FSX in multiplayer (direct-connect) in a shared plane and still use ATC.I have no problem sharing the plane. However, the problem is with ATC while in this environment. It is greyed out in the pull-down menu for both the pilot and co-pilot. Do you use ATC differently while in multiplayer? Can it even be done without 3rd party software?In doing research on different forums across the web, it seems that other people are using ATC.Any help is appreciated.Thanks,Jim

The default ATC isnt available, thats why some fly on VATSIM etc.

Correct. Of course since you have the 'tower' option, if you have enough people and any of them know ATC procedures, you do your own ATC. We do it quite often and its a lot of fun.
