Anyone know how to fully use 3dMax or GMAX

Okay so I am working with my freinds new Flight Sim Company (www.eaglesim.com) and I develop Scenery and Aircraft.I have been using FDS but as soon ai I bought 3DMax and downloaded GMAX it was like a whole new ball park.Does anyone know of any good tutorials to help me get started or better yet can anyone help me over Email or Skype please?You can contact me at [email protected] beter yet my freind is still hiring developers(Part-time and payed on sales monthly) so if you are intristed in devloping anything related to Flight Sim you can contact me at the email above or at the website stated above.Thanks for the help.~TimiP.S.
