DC-3 Airfiles

Featured Replies

I always think it's pretty dumb posting NOTAMs here about stuff in the library - does anyone read this forum and NOT check the library every day? - but here I am doing it.I posted updated airfiles for my recent FS2002-compatible repaints of Jan Visser's classic DC-3 the other day, but they're not exactly singing off the server. This surprises me slightly as there've been thousands of downloads of these planes to date, but maybe it just takes time or updates aren't seen as too important. Anyway, this note is just to point out that they're not just a tweak; the files are MUCH better behaviourally and will stop your Gooney Bird acting like a Lear Jet on steroids. They're nothing revolutionary, for all that, as they're basically Jan's FS2000 airfile with FS2002 amendments; but the file that shipped with the original repaints was older and by other authors. So if you like it low and slow, do go and get it. The file name is DC3AIR.ZIP. Happy flying! And while I'm at it, Red Arrows fans should not miss the REDPACK7 update, RED7UPD.ZIP.Mark "Dark Moment" Beaumonthttp://www.swiremariners.com/newlogo.jpg
