I cannot merge 767-200 to the PIC using Lee' file

Hi all, I am trying to merge a 762 with the PIC using Lee's merge file. I do everything right and when i double click setup.bat it says, Not a sub folder of Fs2002 or something similar. But it is....I have the merge folder in the fs2002/aircraft folder.Please help.Thanks.Alex.a>
