I just bought and downloaded the program and when I go to install it I get the error stating another install is running and must be completed. Any help would be appreciated. Ken

Hi Ken,Did you take a look in the task manager? Is there another programme running it's installation? Did you start your installation from VoxATC from within Winzip for example? The message 'another install is running and must be completed' can be from the VoxATC installation itself. Really like to help you but need some more information,LionBeta tester

Lion, thanks for the reply. I searched all that and found nothing. But I ran FSX using AlacrityPC and it showed the installer running as an error during the startup. I was able to get the program to install after I restored from a restore point a month ago. I also found it was also preventing me from installing other problems. My issue seems to have occured with a Windows Live Installer. I am reading the manual now. thanks, Ken
