Freezing and Crashing

Featured Replies

I just did a fresh reinstall of WinXP w/SP2 as well as FS9. I've never had a problem with it ever freezing and crashing before. The game loads and runs just fine while I'm in the main screen, but when I go to 'Fly Now' it freezes within a minute followed by a BSOD. I had a Radeon X1650 512Mb video card that went bad so I replaced it with my old one; a Radeon 9600XT 256Mb. I know for a fact that FS9 runs just fine with my setup with either cards with good frame rates and with several add-ons like IRISs' F14, Aerialfoundry's F/A-18C, Alphasim's USS Enterprise, and Aerosoft's SH-60B. I'm now scratching my head as to where my issue would be, and any help would be greatly appreciated. My system specs:AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (2Ghz)MSI K9MM-V microATX motherboard (not OC'd)2gigs of DDR2 667 memory by SamsungWD Maxtor 100gB HDAudigy 2 ZS soundcard
