FRame Rates

Hello, in an on going attempt to gain performance I use alacritypc to shut down everything in the background before launching FS9 and the PMDG 747.In the 2D cockpit, I get up to 45fps, but the virtual cockpit is extemely variable with FPS from 14-38. with this range, I get stutters.What I'm wondering is, with the specs.
