Recommended Posts

I know there has been alot of posts regarding microsoft joysticks not being reconized in fs2002 when connected throu the game port.I have read nearly all of them and nobody has seemed to have come up with a solution why a force feedback pro should work ok in windows but when in fs2002 it is not reconized in the controls.i can plug another joystick like a saitek into the game port and it works fine in fs,so does my usb throttles.I havnt had a minutes trouble in 3 years with it until now,any help would be much appreciated.I am running fs2002 pro with xp pro and dx9.0if this helps.

The official Microsoft policy regarding the original force feedback joystick is this. It recognises that there is a problem but will not be updating drivers for the old technology. Microsoft product fails to operate on Microsoft system. Sucks. If you find a way around it then let me know!Mark Underwood Adelaide, Australia
