All,I've had a bad stuttering problem on my new rig that couldn't be raced to any software or lack of horespower, etc. Running an ATI Radeon 9700. By chance I discovered the solution last night, perhaps others will benefit so I'll share what I discovered.My CH Products Pro Throttle USB was the cause- or more specifically, the USB it was plugged into. As soon as I unplugged the throttle from the port stutters ended. Plug it back in, they start.I was afraid I needed a new throttle, but upon plugging it into a different USB port no further problems.
