FS9 Graphic Glitch?

Hi, I have a problem with getting Anti-Aliasing to work properly in Full Screen. I use nHancer to control the settings. Weird thing is Multisampling works fine but using the Combined setting of 4xS in Full Screen mode which I need to get rid of the shimmering looks really bad, like everything is a Wire Frame with shimmering colors. It's kind of hard to explain. Pressing ALT gets rid of the effect though. I took a screenshot of how it looks to post here but when I paste it in Paint it looks perfectly fine. Another thing is it works fine in Windowed Mode. I'm using a 6800 Ultra with the XTreme-G 182.06 drivers and latest version of nhancer. Anybody know what could be wrong here? Thanks.
