Have not been able to install SP 2. MS Support suggested conventional troubleshooting (e.g. clean boot, etc.) but not successful, and now recommends complete uninstall / reinstall - obviously the last thing I wanted to hear. SP 1 installed ok.Am running, FS2Crew, PMDG 747-400 FSX, ASA (Active Sky Advanced) and Radar Contact. MS Support suggested these add ons may be the cause of the problem, (i.e. SP 2 must be installed before any add ons).Any alternatives to a complete re-do?
