June 13, 200916 yr Hello! The question first and describition later on; is there anyone out there interested in a project that involes the Fokker 50, with the main goal to create a high end simulation of the actual model, flight enviroment and performance, with high end textures and mainly created for Flight Simulator 2004?I might be new into creating aircrafts but I have been studying 3D on the university for quite some time (mostly 3D Studio Max), and even though I'm a very good 3D-artist, my highest skill is textuering. I've been looking for a good Fokker 50 model for a while now and even though the freeware options are pretty good, especially when it comes to the model, it lacks when it comes to panel and of course virtual cocpit.I have access to the aircraft on daily basis, though i've got a part time job at the biggest airport in Sweden (that is Arlanda by the way) and handles arrivals and departures mainly with the Fokker 50. I also work as a photographer and graphic designer. However, I'm currently looking for a people that feel that they want to contribute to this project. I'm personaly mainly interested in the parts that involves 3D and texturing, though those are the areas i feel i can contribute most to.I have the ambition to make a really good model and my main problem is that i do not have that many friends involed in the flight sim industry so, is there anyone interested in this project? Of course i expect you to be serious, having a high ambition and willing to spend some of your spare time on this?Mainly i'm looking for 3d artists that have experience in Gmax (or 3D Studio Max. Gmax is basicly just a light version of that program), programers that have the skills and preferably experience in creating simulation aircrafts, pilots that are flying the Fokker 50 and can help out on performance and panel development.Primarly I'm looking at this as a freeware project, but am also interested in making this a payware if the amount of time we might be putting in to this can be hard to achive with nothing in return (or of course the joy of the project and the greatfullness of the people using it later on, but you know what i mean).Regards,Marcus Nyberg
