Is there a way to change the rate of the trim speed (from full up to full down) on individual planes? Some of my planes have a very slow rate while others have a high rate.The reason I'm asking is because the default autopilot seems to have trouble with the "slow rate" planes when capturing the glide slope - the planes tend to take an alarmingly big dip before the autopilot can properly adjust the slow-moving trim.Thanks, Kenny B.

I've found adjusting the trim in a positive way does help with G/S capture, since the AP uses trim to maintain the G/S. What you want to change can be adjusted (or added) to the flight_tuning section of the aircraft.cfgThe variable name is elevator_trim_effectivenessA value of 1.0 defaults the trim to whatever's set in the .air file. Higher values=more responsive trim. I adjust them in increments of one until I am happy.Regards,John
