JFK AFCAD FS2004

Hello all, I'm not exactly new to the forum, i just dont post much, but i have been working on an improved afcad file for FS Dreamteams JFK scenery (greastest ever!). My main problem is terminal 4. I am trying to accurately assign airline parking but it is hard because i know for a fact that at terminal 4- as with the others - airlines have preferred parking spots (i.e concourse B/ or A) :( . So here is my question for any of you in these forums who have detailed- or better than average- knowledge of the airline assignments at JFK's Terminal 4; which airlines have special preferences as to which gate or councourse they park at, and what are those preferences?Cheers ;) ,
