I am having trouble with fs9 not seeing some parts of my keyboard. I tried changing keyboards but it will recognize some keys but not others any ideas would be greatly appreciated. PS I am pretty lame with computers so please walk me thru any fixes. Thanks in advance. Fly on

The very first thing you should check, is to open FS, Then open the Settings and go to Assignments. Have a look through there and see it all the keys you are trying to use, are used in the assignments. Sometimes, if you add on an aircraft that has different keyboard assignments being used it will change the keyboard settings on this page. This doesn't happen very often, as most authors use the microsoft assignments for the basics and some even provide an alternative keyboard settings page in their options. If you have recently added on an aircraft, this would be another area to check. Make sure the assignments for their aircraft don't conflict with the FS Keyboard settings. If you have recently added the Registered version of FSUIPC, you may have inadvertantly changed keyboard assignments that conflict with the FS assignments which may cause a conflict.Just some things to check for.
