Hi there!I downloaded some airplanes to fsx, but most of all don't have 3D cockpits.What can I do to add a 3D cockpit to an aircraft?Thank you all!

If they don't have a 3d (VC) cockpit, that probably means they were modelled with tools before FS-X and basically, there's not much you can do about it. If it wasn't modelled in, then without the source file, you can't "add" to it.However, in the long shot that they were modelled with FS-X modelling tools, and a VC was modelled, first check the "model" folder. If a <modelname>_INTERIOR.mdl file exists, then you have some other problem preventing it from showing up.However, I think it's pretty much #1 above - the VC model wasn't built in.

Ok thank you! In some planes the 3D cockpit shows up but it doesn't work. It seems like the airplane is turned off: all screens are black and none of the instruments work. Is there anything that I can do to fix it?Thank you once again!

You can add a VC to an airplane if you want to (sorta)I've tried this on a couple of planes one worked one didn'tAdding a VC to a POSKY plane
