can anyone help me i always seem to come about a mile short of the airport and go into the water?

I beat it. Try setting the Autopilot to desent at about 900-1000FP/M and you should get to the closer airport (Hanimadoo) very easily, but watch you speed on final, it's a short stip. I've even made it to Male by keeping a low desent rate and 190KT for best glide.Hope this helps.
