August 12, 200916 yr Is there a way to reconfigure the file that defines a given localizers coordinates (without having to decompile) so that it lines-up with the runway? I'm trying to get RNWY 27 at CYYJ to move the glideslope back onto the RNWY.Steve
August 12, 200916 yr Simple solution is to download the CYYJ 2009 package, which has an updated airport file. Plus lots of other goodies; http://members.shaw.ca/cyyj2007

August 12, 200916 yr Great, then download Airport Design Editor (which needs the SDKs installed) and modify the airport to your liking. Remember that moving the ILS can cause problems with any approach coding, so you'll need to work on all that stuff to. Have fun!
August 12, 200916 yr An archival search indicates that there was a patch for the CYYJ RNWY 27 ILS misalignment here on AVSIM but it appears to be gone now...perhaps someone still has a copy? Thanks for the ADE suggestion...that looks like fun but an entire 'new' hobby in itself!!Steve
