August 17, 200916 yr This is becoming a habit B) Please help,A month ago i lost a cache folder of the whole of uk and could not work out why.When i uninstall tp i usually walk away and leave it to it,today i needed to uninstall andnoticed it was deletng my Montana cache folder.I was uninstalling with the uninstaller in program Filesx86 microsoft games fsx, my cache folders areon a seperate drive well away from the Tile Proxy folder. Once it starts to uninstall it cannot be stopped only by turning off the computer,and i cannot complete the uninstall MY THANKS DON :( :( :( B)
August 17, 200916 yr Once it starts to uninstall it cannot be stopped only by turning off the computer,and i cannot complete the uninstall MY THANKS DON :( :( :( B)I believe the uninstaller will delete whatever folder that is was configured as your TP Cache folder when Tileproxy was installed.If you're really keen on keeping your caches during a TP uninstall, rename the cache folders or move them out of the way.Christian
