Is there any program that I can be able to take a different angles of the plane either than the 9 buttons on the key-num pad?

If you're talking about views within FS, you can use the CTRL and the numeric keypads to get alternate views. If you're talking about getting actual screenshots of the views, try a program such as Screen Shot Deluxe.
