df 737

Recommended Posts

Guest

I was wondering, is there any way to fly DF 737 just using the auto pilot functions and not bother with the FDS. I've looked at this thing and can't seem to figure it out. I haven't had the time to figure out the FDS but would love to fly some of these planes. Maybe it's not possible, but if it is, any help would be appreciated. Thanks, King

Its called the FMC, and yes its possible. But I'd really suggest that since you paid for it, you get the full use out of it. You will be very proud of yourself when you can complete a full flight using all that it has to offer. It makes takeoff, climbing, cruising, navigating, descending and even landing (wow, thats the whole flight isn't it?), 20,000 times easier. Just keep reading through the manuals, using the step by step tutorials, and practcing, and you'll get it before you know it.

I'm a BIG believer in FIRST learning to fly the plane with little or no automation at all, as the real pilots of the 737 are fully capable of doing. Then bring in the automation, bit by bit. Ultimately, that will make you the most realistic/capable pilot of the plane.Regards,http://www.dreamfleet2000.com/gfx/images/F...RUM_LOUF_A2.jpg
