It looks like the part was designated to be made transparent with the Alpha channel in the texture. To confirm this, I'm make a copy of the texture with an all white alpha channel, if that makes that part no longer transparent, than thats the problem.If that is the problem, I'd alter the alpha channel in the texture in question so that the alpha over that part was white. And keep all the reast of the alpha texture as is so you wont loose reflections elsewhere.The alpha channel can be made to make a part either transparent or reflective, not both. But weither it is shiny or transparent is in the MDL and can only be changed with the source files.I could be way off base, if so just politely ignore me :)
