You need to enable the WeatherCenter module in youf FS2002.cfg file.Open the Fs2002.cfg file in Notepad and look at the OLDMODULES section; it should have a line the refers to WeatherCenter; make sure is says =1. Since I no longer have WeatherCenter installed I'm going to guess that the line should read something like "weathercenter.dll=1". If you don't have the line in your configuration file you will need to manually include it.
