How do I adjust the volume for an altitude alert sound? I downloaded an addon sound to replace the pmdg one, but it is way too quiet in the cockpit, too hard to hear with all the wind. Every other sound is fine though. So how do I edit this sound? Any freeware programs out there that run with vista x64? ThanksAlex

You can use sound recorder which is in Windows. Just load the file, adjust the volume, and save. BTW, I'm assuming sound recorderis still in Vista, but I'm not sure. Any sound editing program thatwill adjust volume will work. In XP, you can find the Sound Recorderin the accessories/entertainment tab in the run menu.
