Understaning my utilities

I hv the following motherboard in which has 2 utilities:TurboV Version V1.00.17 & EPU-6 Engine Version V1.00.28I have Motherboard: Asus P6T Intel LGA 1366, X58,DDR3,SATAProcessor: Intel Quad Core i7-950 3.06GHz,4.8G,8MB, SKT1366Can someone tell me where i can get the manual for Turbo. Also,Can someone tell me which engine/s a person adjusts for overclocking and which of the above engines I use to do it?I hv no watercooling system & was wondering if I cld get to 3.3 or 4 Ghz out of it depending on temperature.Card is: N275GTX TWIN FROZR NVIDIA GFORCE GRAPHICS
