Error message when Merging PMDG panel with POSKY 737

I recently merged the PMDG 737 Panel with the POSKY 737 and I get this message when I fly. How can I remove it. pmdg.jpgAlso this dosen't have to do with the panel question, but I get smooth framerates when I look forward through my cockpit window in, but when I look to my side it stutters. I don't know why?
