October 17, 200916 yr Guys,I used your recovery of password to try and get back into my account and it sent me an email to my account email, but when I try an type it in, it tells me that it doesn't recognize me or my user name. I tried to recover it again, using the same email, and now it tells me it doesn't recognize my email that it originally did.Not a big deal, but I want to purchase the ASA upgrade (from ASX) and don't want to establish a new account if I don't have to.Outside of the username and password the email gave me, it said I was account type "C". Not sure what that means. The original email was [email protected] and the username was cmfisher4.Thanks,Chris
October 17, 200916 yr Hi,I thought I answered your e-mail about this in the last few days? Can you please check that for me?Thanks,
October 17, 200916 yr Yup, Jim, you did. And thank you for that. I have ASX (and X Graphics) successfully installed with the reg keys you sent. Now I guess I need to reset my actual account stuff on the website. I can set up a new account, I guess, but I figured I would use the old one.Just to be more clear, I want to purchase ASA. I have ASX installed and want to use the upgrade option. I cannot sign into the website "store" because it doesn't recognize my account, even though it sent me my information automatically. If you think it would be easier (and not effect my upgrade purchase) to just open a new account, I'll do that. I can send you the recovery stuff that the website automatically sent me if you would like (including password), but I thought it best not to do that on here, publicly. Thanks for the help,Chris
October 18, 200916 yr Hi,Set up a new account and purchase the proper ASA version. The proper check will be made when you install, not when you purchase. Thanks,
