I was wondering how you guys got yourselves those fancy avatars, on the left when you make a post...I've looked everywhere but can't find out how you do it!HELP

Click on "My Controls" toward the right side, in the darker bar that your "logged in as" is at.... look on the left side for "edit my avatar" and then pick one from the lists..
