I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 64bit and am re installing FS9 + addons with Active Sky it comes up with 'AS was unable to detect your personal Application Data folder please browse to it in the next screen... I have googled this and have found that it is now under Users my name but it does not want to accept this as the location... any ideas.... Windows 7 is already turning out be a pain XP anyone?ThanksHamish

Hi JimThanks for your answer, so basically I have gone into my App folder which is C/Users/My Name/ App data right clicked and then ticked 'allow' for all the boxes including modify,read, execute read and write. Then when ASv6 is loaded I still get the box AS was unable to properly detect your personal app data so I browse to the the C drive and I select Users then my name then App data then I have a choice of Local/local Low/Roaming and if I try each I still get the same problem each time I reload....I also then get a box 'Error during FS station database check stations may not be properly configured....' Any help most appreciated...Hamish
