July 9, 200322 yr I am looking for a B-747 by British Airways with the back of plane labelled "United Kingdom"
July 9, 200322 yr Does someone know what I mean? The "United Kingdom" was usually located above the tail number. For those who travelled by British Airways will know what I mean.
July 9, 200322 yr For great B744s, you can try Project Opensky at www.projectopensky.com, or search around the file library here. There's a whole bunch of BA repaints in there. As for the "United Kingdom" lettering, most do not have this. The aircraft that still wear world tails will have the name of that tail's country instead. Even those with the Union Flag are usually blank in that regard. I beleive there is one or a few aircraft that actually have "United Kingdom" printed on the fuselage below the tail. All I can say is search through the library and view the preview pictures of individual aircraft in there to see if they have what you want.Joe Wagner
