Sibwings Safir problem, need help

Just bought the beautiful Saab Safir from Sibwings. So far so good.(Today you can only by the FSX version and then download the free fs9 version.)So I did, but, everything went fine, but when I was suppose to load it up in fs9, (the computer/fs9 hangs/locks it self up and I got some strange message about "the debugger has to be deactivated before the program can run", something like that... I dont understand that, what have I done wrong? what is a debugger, I had the Safir about a year ago, and by misstake I threw it away (foolish me!!!) when i was cleaning up my computer. Could it be some old fingerprint that messes up this new installation? or anything else?... I have sent an email but no answer regarding exactly what to do and how to fix this.So I ask kindly here at this forum if someone knows how to fix this, and can help me fixing this problem.
