PIK-20D sailplane v1.0 for X-Plane 9.41+This PIK-20D recreation is dedicated to my father and his PIK-20D sailplane. :( pik2g.jpgpik1o.jpgreal PIK-20Dpik20d.jpgFeatures in v1.0:- completely new model built from scratch- accurate dimensions, weights, performance and tolerance limits - light-blue tinted transparent canopy- glider parts visible from 3-d cockpit interior view- interior seat and static panel added - retractable landing gear, including gear doors- customized 2-d panel with various gauges, including a custom battery voltage meter- accurate water ballasts added- working flaps and speed brakes- choice of auto-rudder or manual rudder control- PIK-20D .pdf owner's flight manual includedThis high-performance PIK-20D sailplane is very stable and fairly easy to fly. Shouldn't require too much trim to fly level. There are two versions included- one with auto-rudder (for those without rudder pedals), and another with manual rudder control. If you are going to use water ballast, be sure to first push in the yellow ballast release handle on the panel before filling up with water.I have also created a custom digital voltage meter that shows how much charge the battery has left. A fully charged battery shows 24 volts, and should last about 8 hours with avionics turned on. If you actually happen to stay in the air for 7-8 hours, and your battery runs low, you can always shut off your avionics to save juice. download: http://www.mediafire.com/?1imizzmyyjw
