SB3 and FS9 Problems (Please Help)

Re-installed fs9 due to system crashRe-installed SB3Went thru microphone test and kept saying 'retry'Finally I clicked 'next' and talk and I can hear what I sayI cannot hear ATC when they respond back nowI hear the charm when I tune new frequencies or leave themI went o Options.voice Treid the microphone and I could hear myselfwent to output and tried both options it has in the dropdown boxI tried to uninstall and than re-install againFirst time logging into squawkBox to Vatsim I thought I had to re-inputuser-id password.Everything was there which made me wonder where does SB3 store the info since I just re-installedWhere does SB3 store Userid and pswd to login into Vatsim?Why was I not asked for these when I uninstalled re-installed and than connected to vatsimCannot figure out why I cannot hear ATC
