I'm new to FSX and was trying a multiplayer session with a friend. I was hosting and then FSX crashed. Fortunately, we both had been saving a lot. So, I was just going to host a new session from the last save point. But every time I tried, it wouldn't let me start in the air. I HAD to start on the ground at an airport near where we were when my FSX crashed. Is there anyway to start a session in the air?

Saved flights only work in Free Flight, there is no way I know of do do what you are asking in Multiplayer, other than to 'slew' to your last location.
