Vehicle Lights

Hello all,i installed a program called perfect sky (i think) and it adjusted the level of brightness on the lights installed on the road vehicles, its far too bright and looks awful at night, does anyone know of a reduced brightness light file or how i can delete the one i accidently installed.regardsRoy
